Rodney, The service tech, was awesome. He thoroughly explained what was needed before any work was done and Jessica, the manager at the office, did the same. Before any work was done they made sure I understood the service and pricing before it started. They were courteous and very polite. Definitely would use again if needed.

We had a front yard leak in our water line and called Mr. Drippy on a friend’s recommendation. Glad we did! The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. David helped diagnose the issue and offered to throw on a temporary patch so we’d have water while we waited, when we thought we’d have to shut it off all weekend; Jonathan and Prince were kind, efficient, and thorough installing the new line and servicing other parts of our system; and Laura, Jessica, and Erin were all extremely helpful coordinating things over the phone. I mention all the names just to show—we worked with many people in the company to fix an urgent issue and everybody went above and beyond showing the same helpful, cheerful, skillful service. Grateful to have running water again and will definitely call Mr. Drippy for anything we need in the future!
Josh did a fantastic job fixing a leak and replacing the shower in our 1940s townhouse! He was very professional and went above and beyond to fix everything he spotted! We appreciated his attention to detail, communication, and patience to get everything done right. Overall Mr. Drippy was a wonderful company to work with to get our needs met quickly and at a fair price. Would recommend and use again!
Called Mr drippy. Tech Jonathan was here early the next morning. Walk through ask the problem. Looked at everything. Found I had a leak on the water tank and old cut offs because the house is 59 years old. Fixed more than I expected but I feel good because winter is coming up. Jonathan was very personable and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mr drippy.

Look no further. THIS IS YOUR PLUMBER. I have saved JT's phone number for any and all future projects. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Drippy Plumbing. I called for a quote for a water heater replacement (located through a crawlspace underneath our house) and I was provided a general quote over the phone without waiting for a technician to complete an inspection to determine the price of the project. I was told exactly what to expect over the phone including project timeline and estimate cost including cost variables. Mr. Drippy was able to come out next day and complete the project within a few hours. Let me reiterate, this WAS NOT an easy job.

He explained every step of his inspection and his recommendations (I am not savvy in plumbing maintenance). Jay Jay is young, but don't let that fool you. Great second experience with Mr. Drippy! Very quick responses and coming out to our home, friendly customer service, and very nice and helpful plumbers, Nate and Andrew! The pricing was explained well and seemed fair. They wore shoe covers and cleaned-up after too, which is an extra star!

Very high quality work and higher quality people. They truly look out for what is best for the homeowner. This was a larger job that spanned 2 days and JT and Johnathan did a fantastic job. These guys really take pride in their work. They left their work spaces clean and tidy, and left everything they touched better than they found it. Can’t say enough good things about this group. Installed 50 gallon water heater, repaired outside water faucet, cut access panel in order to replace leaky shower head with new fixtures. All work and prices were explained before installation. Mr. Drippy installed a new electric 50 gallon water tank. The service was top notch and professional. Jonathan the lead plumber was knowledgeable and was more than willing to educate me. Jonathan and Adrian installed the new unit and the job was clean and everything works well. Mr. Drippy also provided me with a very fair price for the product and work. I was very satisfied.
Great company. Had a leak in the main line under my house. They found the leak and ran a brand new line, all in 2 days. Josh was incredibly professional and friendly and got my water bill back where it should be! 💸

Mr Drippy did a great job for us recently. Our water heater went bad on us just the other day. We called several plumbing companies and Mr Drippy gave us the best price and was able to get to it the same day. Kevin, the sales representative, worked with me on the price and we got a great deal. TJ, the installer/ plumber did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than expected and got straight to work. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain to me what he was doing and showing me as well. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks for getting the job done 👍
