Pierce and his crew were thorough, efficient and kind. Explained exactly what was needed for gas pressure issue with a tankless water heater. When Spire changed the meters, it somehow threw the system off. They were able to fix it and no more problems with that pesky error 12 code.

We worked with Greg and Laura and both were fantastic. We really appreciated their clear communication and prompt service.

Multiple options for a solution were presented and at no time did we ever feel pressure to make any particular decision or feel like we were being "upsold". My Dad was a Master Plumber for decades and I soaked up a little from him on pricing and scope of work. Everything Laura and Greg presented was accurate and fairly priced.

In my opinion, this is a very professional organization. Not opinion, but fact, we are grateful to have taken a chance with this Company we were not familiar with. Our primary reason for choosing MD was the crazy amount of reviews having an average of 4.9

The last company we used for an issue... not so much lol.

I now understand why MD reviews are so positive and gladly add my recommendation. I am a new loyal customer.

From the moment I called, the entire experience was exceptional. Erin answered the phone with excellent customer service warm, patient, and willing to listen to all of my concerns with an open heart. Scheduling was just as impressive. They were able to get me in the same day, and Lauren called with the most welcoming, friendly personality. She truly made me feel valued as a customer.

Then came Gregory, the technician, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. He quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and got my hot water running again. He even had to leave to pick up a part and took the time to ask if I needed anything service like that is rare these days.

People like Gregory put a smile on your face even when you’re dealing with a repair that would normally wipe it away. The entire team from Erin to Lauren to Gregory made this experience smooth, stress-free, and uplifting.

I highly recommend Mr.Drippy Plumbing. Their customer service is unmatched, and their technicians truly go above and beyond. I also highly recommend Mr. Drippy Plumbing for anyone seeking reliable, professional, and trustworthy service.

TJ was very professional, knowledgeable. He educated on some things gave me options. He was not pushy and left it up to me to decide what package I wanted. He cleaned his work area up nicely. Pierce Winkler did a great job diagnosing the problem with our old tankless water heater. We decided to replace with a new Navien tankless water heater. Entire job was completed the same day, minimizing our time without hot water. Pierce was friendly, professional, all piping was neatly installed, with clean up and haul away of old unit. Pierce made sure new tankless was tested and working before he finished the job.

Rodney, The service tech, was awesome. He thoroughly explained what was needed before any work was done and Jessica, the manager at the office, did the same. Our experience with Mr. Drippy was excellent. The office staff were very helpful, carefully explained our options, kept us informed, and were extremely courteous. The work performed by David Cole was outstanding. He went over the procedures with us, apprised us about the progress, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He is, in short, a complete professional. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr Drippy and David for any plumbing work that might be needed.

We had a front yard leak in our water line and called Mr. Drippy on a friend’s recommendation. Glad we did! The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. David helped diagnose the issue and offered to throw on a temporary patch so we’d have water while we waited, when we thought we’d have to shut it off all weekend; Jonathan and Prince were kind, efficient, and thorough installing the new line and servicing other parts of our system; and Laura, Jessica, and Erin were all extremely helpful coordinating things over the phone. I mention all the names just to show—we worked with many people in the company to fix an urgent issue and everybody went above and beyond showing the same helpful, cheerful, skillful service. Grateful to have running water again and will definitely call Mr. Drippy for anything we need in the future!

Found I had a leak on the water tank and old cut offs because the house is 59 years old. Fixed more than I expected but I feel good because winter is coming up. Look no further. THIS IS YOUR PLUMBER. I have saved JT's phone number for any and all future projects. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Drippy Plumbing. I called for a quote for a water heater replacement (located through a crawlspace underneath our house) and I was provided a general quote over the phone without waiting for a technician to complete an inspection to determine the price of the project. I was told exactly what to expect over the phone including project timeline and estimate cost including cost variables. Mr. Drippy was able to come out next day and complete the project within a few hours. Let me reiterate, this WAS NOT an easy job.
Jay Jay was the technician who completed the project. He is the friendliest, most professional, hard working, respectful, and knowledgable tradesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He explained every step of his inspection and his recommendations (I am not savvy in plumbing maintenance). Jay Jay is young, but don't let that fool you. He is beyond capable and incredibly efficient. He took on our brutal project without complaint. He will go far, and I truly wish him the best.

Very high quality work and higher quality people. They truly look out for what is best for the homeowner. This was a larger job that spanned 2 days and JT and Johnathan did a fantastic job.
